ECOLINE RDF 330 digital printed label converting & finishing system

The ECOLINE RDF 330 digital printed label converting & finishing system – purchased by GTV Label Master from ROTOCON a few years ago – replaced a conventional model and has performed very reliably.

Advantages:

• Assisted GTV Label Master to graduate from laser inkjet printing small volumes of labels to larger volumes and decoratively finishing coated filmic and paper labels with cold foiling and lamination effects, plus die-cutting in a variety of shapes and sizes in full-rotary mode, registering to a pre-printed web
• This two-colour dedicated offline finishing system has opened new job opportunities and relieved the pressure and bottlenecks on GTV Label Master’s two roll-to-sheet flexographic press lines.

Wink SuperCut flexible dies

A major proportion of Wink’s SuperCut dies are used for the manufacture of self-adhesive labels in all conceivable forms and variations. However, many other narrow-web products are also successfully cut with Wink dies, e.g. in-mould labels, booklets, folded boxes, tickets, tear-off coupons and hang tags.

Wink’s flexible dies can be used both flat (on magnetic foundations) and rotary (on magnetic cylinders). The different applications can also be combined in one tool if required:

• Kiss-cutting
• Through-cutting
• Creasing
• Perforations
• Micro-perforations
