In our fourth issue of ROTOCONNECT previews what visitors at Propak Cape 2023 can expect to see from ROTOCON on stand A12, October 24-26.
The star of the show, the SCREEN Truepress Jet L350 UV SAI will take centre stage with a live demo, giving visitors a glimpse into the extraordinary capabilities of this machine when it comes to label printing and embellishments.
ROTOCON’s stand will also feature the scanner-based EyeC Proofiler 400DT offline inspection system to deliver high-quality, error-free label and packaging samples. The inspection system digitally compares scanned samples against the signed-off proof (typically a PDF file) bringing security, efficiency, and flexibility to QC checks.
Another EyeC solution, the ProofRunner Web HighLight inline inspection system, will be demonstrated on a ROTOCON CHROME RSI 340 slitting, inspection and rewinder machine for roll processing on the 3JS stand F19. This powerful label-finishing dual ensures 100% inspection in a single step, including high-finish labels, highly embellished wine labels, and flexible packaging in the premium segment.
Roger Meierhofer, area sales manager from the Swiss company Pantec GS Systems, will also be on the ROTOCON stand presenting how their RHINO® X flat-bed technology brings high quality embellishment and cost-efficient brand protection to the label and flexible packaging industry with less expensive foils and tools than rotary foiling.
